Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Saigon - Ho Chi Minh City (D)

• Arrival flight: At your own arrangement
• Accommodation: Sofitel Plaza Saigon hotel – Superior room

Up on arrival in Saigon, we will be welcome by tour guide and driver; after that, we will transfer to hotel. Check in and relax. 17:30, we enjoy Water Puppet Show at the Labor Cultural Palace of Ho Chi Minh city.
19:00, enjoy welcome dinner at a fine local restaurant in town.

Day 2: Saigon - Mekong Delta (My Tho) (B, L)

• Sites visited: Mekong Delta (My Tho)
• Accommodation: Sofitel Plaza Saigon hotel – Superior room

At 08.00 we leave Saigon behind and head to Vietnam's rice basket, the Mekong Delta. We will pass through idyllic, rural scenes until we arrive at My Tho, a peaceful town on the bank of the Mekong River, where we will visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda. Next we will have a boat ride on the Mekong, visit local homes and orchards, a coconut candy workshop, a honeybee farm, take a sampan ride on palm-shaded creeks, try a taste of seasonal fruit and honey tea and enjoy a performance of traditional Southern singing. We return to Saigon about 5pm.

Day 3: Saigon - Ho Chi Minh City Departure (B)

• Departure flight: At your own arrangement
• Free at leisure today until our time to the airport for our flight to home. Trip ends.

Breakfast - Each breakfast will be served in your hotel or cruise. Breakfast selections include both Vietnamese and Western dishes to meet every diner's taste.

Lunches - Lunches are normally arranged at the Vietnamese restaurants. We offer set menu and most are Vietnamese dishes.

Dinner - Same as lunch. If you prefer to dine at your own taste, we suggest you have dinner on your own. Your local tour guide can recommend some good western restaurants in the area.
